Terms of Service
By accessing and downloading files from nationalidtemplate.com, you agree to these system terms. We provide digital software assets (PSD templates) for authorized developers, testers, and filmmakers.
1. Digital Assets Only
We provide exactly what is stated: digital files only. We do not manufacture, print, or ship physical plastic cards. You are purchasing a digital workspace file.
ZERO TOLERANCE: You must never use our templates to commit identity fraud, bypass verification protocols (KYC), or create illegal physical documents.
2. Authorized Use
Our templates are legally designed to be used in secure environments, including:
- Testing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and ID scanners in a sandbox.
- Creating high-quality digital props for cinematic and theatrical productions.
- Educational graphic design and layout analysis.
3. Copyright and Distribution
The internal layer structure, smart objects, and background patterns are our intellectual property. You may not resell the raw PSD files or host them publicly on other websites.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is treated with military-grade respect. We collect the absolute minimum data required to process your transaction and deliver your digital goods.
1. Data Collection
When you purchase a template, we collect your email address to send you the download link. We also collect standard analytical data (like browser type) to protect our servers from malicious traffic.
2. Editing Service Data (Strict Deletion)
If you use our Manual Editing Service and send us your photo and demographic data, we follow a Strict Deletion Protocol. Your photos and data are held securely while our team works on your file. Within 48 hours of delivering the final image to you, all your raw data and photos are permanently purged from our servers.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We never sell, rent, or trade your data. Information is only shared with our secure payment processors (like crypto gateways) to verify your transaction.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, we enforce a strict policy to protect our digital assets from abuse.
1. No Refunds on Digital Files
Once you download a PSD template, the transaction is final. Because a digital file cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or if you do not know how to use Adobe Photoshop.
2. Exceptions
We will issue a refund or a replacement file ONLY if:
- The downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened by Photoshop.
- The file is fundamentally different from the preview images shown on our database.
If you face technical issues, you must contact our support team within 7 days.
3. Editing Service Refunds
If you order the Manual Editing Service, refunds are only given if our team has not yet started the work. Once data injection begins, the $30 fee covers our technicians' labor and becomes non-refundable.
